Builders and Propane Gas Systems
As a builder, you have a tough job. Your customers expect the home of their dreams — within their particular price range. In addition to delivering imaginative, economical and practical floor plans, you must provide energy sources that are economical, efficient, and comfortable. Together with HBH Gas Systems you will provide your homebuyers with everything they want and more.
What does a central gas distribution system from HBH Gas Systems offer to builders?
- More money-saving features — Gas heats the home to a constant warmth, dries laundry more efficiently, puts a cozy fire in the fireplace, and heats the water for a relaxing bubble bath - all at a lower cost and with much more efficiency than electricity.
- Better resale values — Energy efficient homes that provide more than one fuel option and cost less to operate will appeal to more buyers, creating higher resale values down the road.
- Enhanced curb appeal — The centralized gas distribution system utilizes underground lines to each home, eliminating the need for individual residential tanks.
- Environmentally friendly option — A federally approved alternative “green” energy source identified in the Clean Air Act, propane gas is safe, non-toxic, non-polluting and burns with 97% efficiency and virtually no carbon monoxide. Homebuyers can feel good about helping to conserve energy and protect the environment — while enjoying the comfort and cost efficiency of their new home.
- Redundant energy source — In the event of a brownout or other electrical outage, gas service can fuel optional backup generators, enabling residents to avoid major life disruptions.
Homebuyers today want more options and more flexibility. By offering your customers the ability to choose gas appliances over electric, you strengthen your position as their builder of choice.
